COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) training course is designed for facility personnel handling and managing hazardous waste. The training meets the requirements of 40 CFR section 262 for generators. Training must be provided to employees at their start of employement and then annually as a refresher to maintain competency and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
