DOT Covered Hopper Cars Hazardous Materials Training

The Covered Hopper training will cover the safety requirements that are to be followed whether you are shipping hazardous or non-hazardous materials.  The training will identify the Federal Railroad Administration regulations that are required for hazardous material hopper car and are considered best practices when loading or unloading a non-hazardous hopper car. In addition, the training covers the inspection process of gates and hatches.

DOT BULK General Awareness and Security is a pre-requisite to this course.
