As fast as it was introduced, it was then paused even faster pending review. On November 6^th, 2021 (1 day after its introduction) the 5^th Circuit Court of Appeals temporarily stopped the requirements pending a review of its constitutionality. Although, placed in limbo, The White House told businesses “It should move forward with the requirements [anyways].” As we predicted beforehand, this mandate will likely be an uphill battle all the way to the Supreme Court.
