PHMSA to Field Questions

Notice for Request for Comment

Well, the Department of Transportation (DOT) Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) would like to help answer some of your most pondered questions in their forthcoming Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) series.

PHMSA has announced they will be fielding questions until May 23, 2022. To submit a comment, you may use:

• Hand Delivery: Docket Management System; Room W12-140 on the ground floor of the West Building, 1200 New Jersey Avenue SE, Washington, DC 20590, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.

In the first of what appears to be multiple iterations, PHMSA has said it will be focusing on Applicability of the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR).
