OSHA Extends 20 NPRM’s

If you have been following us for any length of time you probably know it is not uncommon to see an update post explaining one of the governing bodies extending a comment period to allow stakeholders ample time to respond to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking. What is uncommon, is having an entity publish 20 extensions on the same day. Well, that is what the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) did on August 20, 2025.
