Challenges Ahead

In case you haven’t heard, President Biden tasked the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) with creating a vaccine mandate. You can read all about it in our previous blog “It’s Official.” In that blog, we highlighted what the President asked of OSHA and how there might be some challenges with asking OSHA to create such a mandate. Not even a week after the announcement we find our first state (Arizona) to sue the Biden administration over the proposed mandate. 

While Arizona is the first state to officially sue the administration, many other states have threatened to challenge the mandate as well (approximately 24 in total). We will certainly be following this one closely and continue to update you as we find new stories and information about the fate of the Vaccine mandate.
