EPA CDR Central Data Exchange System
Now Open!
By the time you read this, the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) period will likely be open to all companies (manufacturers and importers) that are required to report data electronically on their production and use of chemicals as required by the CDR rule under the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA). As many of you already know as chemical manufactures and importers, the period opens June 1, 2024, and runs through September 30, 2024. Those who fall under the CDR rule must use the EPA’s Central Data Exchange (CDX) system along with the e-CDRweb reporting tool which will be available June 1, 2024.
