IATA DGR 66th Edition
SIGNIFICANT CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) recently released its 66th edition (2025) of its Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) Significant Changes and Amendments PDF which covers many of the key modifications adopted by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Technical Instructions (TI) and should be considered a tool/guide in helping assist users identify the noteworthy changes for the 66th edition, but not be considered an exhaustive list. Within this document you will find updates such as:
- New UN Numbers and Packing instructions (PI) for Sodium-ion batteries
- Increased number of definitions for hazardous materials
- Revised marking system.
- Airway Bill Revisions and more.
