OSHA Wants to Grant You Money
The Susan Harwood Training Grant Program
Not too often do we find ourselves on the receiving end of the federal government and money. Well, the Susan Harwood Training Grant Program wants to do just that. Recently published on July 1, 2026, in the federal register, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced the availability of funds and funding opportunities for Fiscal Year 2026. Within the notice, it reveals a sum of $12,787,000 available for eligible nonprofits and other organizations to help deliver hands-on training focused on safety and health training. Funds are available in two separate funding opportunities which consist of Targeted Topic Training grants and Training and Educational Materials Development grants.
