    Proven Four Step Process

Our rail service solutions start with providing a Transportation Compliance Associates (TCA) industry expert to conduct an on-site operations and procedures evaluation alongside your company’s staff. We will include an assessment of your company’s regulatory requirements, rail infrastructure, grounding and bonding, switching operations, and your general rail operating procedure.

After the completion of the on-site evaluation, TCA will provide a written assessment of your site infrastructure and operations. This report will include any major or minor findings as well as any observations regarding regulatory compliance, infrastructure deficiencies, switching operation deficiencies, and/or general observations, if any.

Using the report, TCA will work with your management personnel to correct any findings brought forth in the report and to develop procedures that follow industry best practices to ensure your operation is compliant and safe.

With a plan in place, TCA will work with your employees to systematically implement and update trainings, procedures, and process flows, if necessary. Classroom (conceptual) training and field-level (operational) training sessions will be provided as required. Procedures and policies can be updated with the cooperation of your management staff.
