EPA: Comment Period Extended

If you thought time had run out on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) and Clean Water Act Methods Update Rule 22, you would technically be right. Originally set to expire February 2, 2025, and February 20, 2025, the EPA has reopened the comment period another 30 days to allow interested parties the chance to comment. Both proposed rules now have a comment period ending March 24, 2025.
