Postponement of Effectiveness
Back in December of 2024, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published a final rule for Trichloroethylene (TCE) under its Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). As of March 21, 2025, further postponement of certain conditions imposed on uses with TSCA exemptions under 6(g) and will continue until June 20, 2025, pending its judicial review.
