Vice President, Technical Architect

David is a talented and creative Information Technologies manager. He attended Pittsburgh Technical Institute where he earned a degree in Information Technology Systems. Prior to joining Transportation Compliance Associates, David began his career working as a supervisor for a computer repair company, where he managed a variety of products, including: technical support & client interfacing, hardware & software management and repair, and software licensing.

During his tenure at TCA, David has managed several large-scale, cross-functional projects, including: vendor and service provider selection & implementation, several application and migration initiatives for TCA’s enterprise-class hardware and software systems, owned and hosted server start-up and maintenance, and database set-up, indexing, coding and functionality specifications. David is also becoming an expert in SQL Databases and information systems.

Overall, David’s dedication and out-of-the-box thinking has helped TCA excel.  David not only has the knowledge and expertise to manage a dynamic company with unique IT needs, but he has the ability to think quickly and implement solutions in a timely manner.  He is the backbone of our operation.
