Lora earned a BS in Management Information Systems and a MS in Internet Information Systems, from Robert Morris University.  Lora comes to TCA with an extensive background in IT customer support services.  She began her career as a help desk employee for McKesson Automation, a Pharmaceutical Company, and quickly moved to a supervisory role as Lead Systems Administrator. After seven years with McKesson, Lora accepted a position with LANTek where she managed 12 helpdesk employees on 24/7/365 operations for an external customer base.  She was responsible for creating and updating their policies and procedures, training new and existing employees, maintaining all aspects of the helpdesk contracts with outside companies, and assisting in special projects including creating a SharePoint knowledge base for the IT helpdesk.  Lora brings to TCA a new dimension and is charged with developing TCA’s business through marketing and networking, along with taking inside sales calls, developing and creating online training content, managing projects and website content, helping employees along with external customers with any IT related issues,  and managing the office by creating policies and procedures.
