NOTICE: PHMSA Extends Comment Period For Public Information Webinar

You Still Have Time To Comment

If this is the first time you are hearing about the US Department of Transportation (DOT) Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration’s (PHMSA) webinar, do not fret, you still have time to voice your thoughts!

On March 22, 2022 PHMSA announced it would be hosting a webinar series to help stakeholders with some of their most frequently asked questions (FAQ) through converting historical letters of interpretation. While the first series is already set to take place on June 27, 2022 and already has the FAQs teed up, PHMSA wants to know what future FAQ’s the community wants discussed.

The new deadline for comments is July 22, 2022, which gives you plenty of time to submit your request. This new timeline will also allow you to see how the first session goes and give you time to frame your requests. For a look at the full text of the notice click HERE NOW!
