COVID-19 ETS UPDATE 2

Just a quick update on the Covid-19 Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS), on October 12, 2021, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) submitted its ETS to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. During this time, stakeholders in both the private and public sector will meet with OSHA to work through issues and find a path forward. For a list of meeting times they can be found HERE.

As promised, we will continue to keep you posted as the Emergency Temporary Standards inches closer and closer to its Final Rule stage.
